Request Authorization

Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific model.

Pack Securely

Disassemble the chair and place all components back into their original packaging to ensure the item is protected from damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and drop it off at your preferred carrier or schedule a pickup.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in like-new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
